COMPATIBILIZER
A compatibilizer is a specialized additive used in the production of polymer blends or composites to enhance the compatibility between two or more polymers that would otherwise not mix well.
AddiCo 9300 and 9320:
- Random copolymers with a maleic anhydride group.
- Designed to enhance the melt viscosity of polymers containing carboxylic groups, such as PET, PLA, or PBT.
AddiCo 9320:
- A terpolymer containing epoxy functional groups.
- Miscible with SAN (Styrene-Acrylonitrile).
- Serves as a compatibilizer for blends of thermoplastic polymers and styrenic copolymers.
AddiCo GPO 9302:
- Based on an ethylene-octene copolymer.
- Grafted with a random copolymer of styrene and glycidyl methacrylate.
AddiCo GPO 9320:
- Features a polyolefin backbone.
- Grafted with a random copolymer of styrene, methyl methacrylate, and glycidyl methacrylate.
